We dry, de-seed, and grind our own Ancho and New Mexico chilis and then combine them with other spices to create our flavorful blend. No dextrose, no thickeners, low salt, lots of flavor! In ground beef it creates taco flavor. Marinate it with chicken and a little lime juice, then grill for a great fajita flavor. Try it on home fries or grilled veggies-its just plain good!
