We realize that low salt and sugar free, are almost never followed by the word barbeque. However this is the Original OSSR rub. Excellent for brisket- rub thoroughly on brisket, slow cook for 1-3 hours on oak and 7-10 hours in a low temp oven. Should be moist and fall apart when you bite into it. Use on burgers, chicken or fish. Sprinkle or rub on steak to taste. Also great for roasted veggies or use to make Spicy French Fries.
